I don't miss it.
Okay, sometimes I do. But I guess I don't miss it enough to eat it when it comes down to it.
I feel a million times better. The only "problem" is that I struggle to make meals that make everyone happy. Meat for the meatatarian (Mr. Sass), something the baby sass likes and then something vegetarian for me that has everything I need.
I swear when I win the millions (although that would involve buying a ticket...) I'm going to get a chef to make dinners. Problem solved.
Anyone have any meal ideas?
And for the record: to my dear friend K - I AM NOT A VEGAN!!! hahaha You're such a punk. At least my kid doesn't poop in the forest...oh wait. He did. Loves ya.

I'm giving this whole meat thing a try too. Actually, I've just stopped eating red meat and pork. Chicken and fish are still on the table. I just can't imagine living without those staples and trying to make every one happy. Baby steps right?
I tried a recipe for eggplant pizza. Delish! Does the fam eat eggplant?
Oh my! SHARE that recipe!! It sounds great!
It's hard making everyone happy, but I try to find ways without making myself crazy!
I've noticed that Indian food has many delicious options. My recipe would be buy Amy's Organic frozen meals. Ha!
