When it is this cold, and I have to be outside, you better believe I will be wearing a toque! A necessary part of the Canadian winter uniform. I don't care what the hell I look like when it's snowing and the wind is blowing at some horrible minus 30 windchill. It's all about keeping warm! In this case, to prevent frostbite of the nether regions and such, I stayed inside. I may have forgotten the rest of my winter attire...
