-ish

The best suffix to any word.
I've only just realized just how much I use it (both in speech and written). The key is to pause before you say the 'ish'. Perhaps it's that I don't want to commit to any one idea/verb and saying that I'm that verb...so I add the 'ish' to it. Today, I'm tired-ish. The movie I watched last night was interesting-ish.
Get it?

This is evidence #2 that I have nothing interesting-ish to say.
Sorry.

And yet, I find what you have to say strangely interesting-ish.

-ish is the great noncommittal suffix. When I have nothing interesting to say (often) I post pictures, because really they are worth a thousand words -ish.

I used to go to school with a black dude named JeVaughn and he used "ish" as a synonym for "Shit."

Abso fucking lutely.

I like to refer to myself as crazyish.

Not certifiable but should be forgiven for bizarre behaviour. :)
