Sometimes you fall hard, and need the support of friends, even though you are ashamed to ask for it.
They pick you up, dust you off and love you no matter what. They give you back the strength you know you had buried in you, and help you see clearly.

It reminds me that we can not do everything on our own & it is O.K. to lean on others.
